Note:
Next Friday is the 1st grade Iditarod race. We will show our support. I'm thinking it will be muddy, wet & yucky- so be sure your children have extra socks, tights & shoes.

Generally speaking, I suggest your child having an extra pair of socks & shoes  at school due to wet & muddy recesses coming up!

What happened this week:
We had a great time on Friday with our grandparents & special visitors. Thank you all for coming to CTA and spending some afternoon time with us.

We also began our biography projects. Each student is researching a different individual. I brought books from the library and Mrs. Schwendenmann is going to help us research on-line next week.

We are completing our multiplication and will be learning division facts next. We have also been studying area, perimeter, quadrilaterals, angles, rays, lines and line segments.
