Morah Joanne is back! Yay! She will be assisting in our classroom this year. She will also be subbing for me this Thursday 9/12 & Friday 9/13.

Homework:
I have H&I folders all ready and will have Morah Joanne send them home on Friday. Your child will have a math HomeLink to complete and there is a parent letter that accompanies this explaining the assignment more in-depth. Please return this Tuesday 9/17. This is a review of how to use a hundreds chart and counting by tens & ones.

Also check the H&I folder for the newsletter and your child's completed papers.

your child can practice number words (twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety, hundred, thousand) which will help with writing numbers in word form! 


A reminder: purple HI folders should come back to school tomorrow! Wednesday, Sept. 4.

no newsletter or homework this week. I am sending home reading logs so that if your child is permitted to read & fill in squares they may keep up with their reading time.
